Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Graphics & UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-centered designs across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

As a Graphics & UX/UI Designer at Top Search, you’ll be responsible for:

  1. Design engaging and on-brand graphics for web, social media, print, and digital platforms.
  2. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for websites and mobile applications.
  3. Collaborate with developers, marketers, and content teams to bring concepts to life.
  4. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  5. Maintain design consistency across all touchpoints in alignment with brand guidelines.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  7. Translate complex ideas into elegant, user-friendly designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
  2. Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  3. 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and UI/UX roles.
  4. Proven experience working on both digital and print media projects.
  5. Strong visual design sense with attention to typography, layout, and colour.
  6. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  7. Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver visually compelling solutions.
